Lesson Location
Our swim lessons are held in a heated pool designed to accommodate swimmers of all skill levels. The welcoming environment allows for safe, structured instruction and steady skill development at every stage. We also offer comfortable seating for parents to relax and observe their child’s progress during lessons.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Lessons are held Monday through Thursday. Fridays are reserved exclusively for make-up classes when applicable. Make-up classes are scheduled only in the event of inclement weather or the rare occurrence of instructor illness. This will be communicated at the earliest possible convenience through text or email.
To maintain consistent class sizes, ensure steady progression, and provide the best learning environment for all students, we do not offer make-up classes or refunds for missed lessons. We kindly ask that families make every effort to attend their scheduled classes. Extraordinary circumstances or extended illnesses will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If an exception is granted, a gift certificate for future sessions may be issued.
Refunds will not be provided.
Pool Safety Rules
The safety of our students is our top priority so please review these rules below:

The only time a student is allowed to be in the pool is when the instructor is already in the pool and the instructor will let the student know when it is time to start the lesson.

If there is lightning within 10 miles of the pool we will stop the lesson or cancel the lesson due to safety reasons. The instructor will regularly monitor the radar and keep the student or student's parents informed as to if the lesson will be canceled or delayed.

The only time the lesson will be canceled is if there's bad weather conditions including excessive rain, lighting, wind, or thunderstorms.

All of the lessons will start on time and end on time. We ask that students arrive five minutes before the lessons will begin.
